Dr. Ke Jin
Dr. Ke Jin received his Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee in May 2015. His thesis research focuses on the radiation effects and ion beam analysis of materials. He is currently a postdoctoral research associate at the Materials Science and Technology Division of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and a member of the Energy Frontier Research Center on Energy Dissipation to Defect Evolution (EDDE), advised by Dr. Hongbin Bei. His current interests include the irradiation-induced defect evolution in metallic alloys, development of novel Ni-based concentrated solid-solution alloys, and characterization of their unique physical and mechanical properties.
